1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking a stay at Lillavati Atithi Bhavan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not make a reservation.
2. Room Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the management.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances or violation of our policies.
- Guests must provide accurate contact and ID details during booking.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- As per government regulations, a valid original government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
4. Guest Conduct & Policies
- Lillavati Atithi Bhavan is a family-friendly accommodation intended for pilgrims and tourists. We expect all guests to behave respectfully.
- Strict Prohibition: Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged directly to the guest's account.
5. Payment & Cancellation

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, Lillavati Atithi Bhavan will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings or vehicles parked on or near the premises.
