1. Booking Confirmation
Room bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment (if requested during the booking process). If you are booking via WhatsApp or phone, our staff will provide you with the payment instructions and confirmation details.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please request this in advance.
- If you plan to arrive late in the evening, please inform the reception in advance. If we do not receive prior notice, rooms may be released after 4:00 PM on the day of check-in.
3. Mandatory ID Proof
As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests (including accompanying family members and children) to present a valid original photo ID at the time of check-in.
- Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID.
- Not Accepted: PAN Card is NOT accepted as valid address/ID proof.
- Management reserves the right to deny check-in if valid ID proof is not provided, without any refund.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund rules may vary by room type and rate plan. The applicable cancellation deadline and refund eligibility are shown before payment on the booking page. If a booking is marked non-refundable, no refund will be issued after confirmation except where required by law.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing time. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 Hours Before Check-in: Full refund of advance payment (minus any minor transaction fees).
- 24 to 48 Hours Before Check-in: 50% refund of the advance payment.
- Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: No refund will be provided.
- During peak seasons, festivals, or local events, a strict non-refundable policy may apply. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
5. House Rules
- Lillavati Atithi Bhavan maintains a peaceful, family-friendly environment. Guests are requested to respect other pilgrims and avoid loud noises.
- Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- Management reserves the right of admission.
